Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking and verification of sales order and ensuring payment confirmation of different parties.
∎ Giving clearance of customer sales order for delivery based on physical stock verification and within their approved credit limit.
∎ Reconciliation of daily TT collection report; both Agents and bank-wise.
∎ Prepare Daily Sales vs. collection and Target vs. achievement Reports (Region, Officer & Territory wise).
∎ Update Agents Ledger.
∎ Preparing monthly sales and collection report to top Management.
∎ Any other related task as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have practical experience in sales administration in any reputed cement company.
∎ Must have excellent hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Should have Willingness to work under pressure.
