∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering, major in Fabric Manufacturing Technology from BUTex or AUST.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knitting, RandD
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of Dept. for overall activities & outcome of the assigned account with absolute perfection;
∎ Assist to increase production efficiency of sample fabric with quality standards through developing production process/techniques;
∎ Execute sample production efficiency & monitoring right time fabric delivery;
∎ Ensure pre-production meeting with Bulk A/holder with risk analysis;
∎ Created & updated department work instructions & reports on a regular basis;
∎ Analysis of Buyer given's fabric & decision making about Knitting;
∎ Understand & meet up different buyer's spec & requirements with technological support if needed;
∎ Follow-up on time quality fabric development & maintain all documents;
∎ Feedback & communication with marketing on time;
∎ Raw materials follow up with spinner & dyed yarn supplier with proper data base.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of Proven experience in R&D from any reputed Knitting industry;
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented;
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments;
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English;
∎ Familiar in MS-Office;
∎ Willing to stay beside factory premises;
∎ Job Location: Kashimpur, Gazipur
