Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) /
∎ A university degree in Biological Science, Food Science & technology, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
∎ Should have Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Food Engineer from a reputed University/ Institute
∎ MBA is added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Built team sprit within the production team and establish a good communication with all concern to achieve maximum efficiency.
∎ Manage the entire production planning to meet monthly yearly sales and marketing rolling forecasts.
∎ Execute short and long term production plans based on market trends and strategic priorities of the core business.
∎ Ensure compliance on all related food safety and quality standards across the value chain i. e. production, storage and transfer and implementing new food safety/sustainability initiatives in the manufacturing system.
∎ Utilize data science, insight and team approach to implement best practices to drive performance and organizational improvement and operational excellence in all manufacturing, distribution and business development functions in the value chain.
∎ Develop strong leadership in every section to ensure section wise productivity and quality assurance accountability in line with company's objectives.
∎ Follow- up , monitor and coordinate all section's performance in alignment with company objectives.
∎ Liaising with distribution marketing and sales team leaders to delivery business result effectively.
∎ Finished Goods stock collection from store department.
∎ Daily Finished goods stock checking.
∎ Following daily production order
∎ Production Line & Machinery monitoring.
∎ Documentation, such as daily production report.
∎ Daily consumption report making.
∎ Daily raw meat requisition to processing plant.
∎ Remaining by product return to store regular basis.
∎ Ability to design and manage product development process that includes innovation, formulations and packaging concept according to market demand
∎ Ability to plan and develop new/existing product analyzing market survey & competitors
∎ Ensure completion of development and commercialization of new product
∎ Able to generate idea of cost savings with different raw materials for existing product
∎ Contribute functional expertise to achieve business objectives
∎ Cooperation with marketing department and collect the customer satisfaction information from marketing team and analyze to further improvement
∎ Monitor compliance on all related food safety standards while analyzing date across the board.
∎ Any other job assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 year(s) experience in senior management capacity in meat industry
∎ 5+ years' experience in FMCG or manufacturing would be a distinct advantage.
∎ Sound Knowledge in relevant area.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
∎ Adaptability to work long hours.
