• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Must have experience in the sales & marketing sector especially in Battery & related products marketing.
• Adequate experience to manage the job independently.
• Has good leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good command over computer, e-mail, internet, report writing, MS Office

We need some energetic, proactive, good-looking, confident & self-driven personnel who are really target-oriented and have a dream to develop their career in the sales & marketing sector.

• He must be dynamic in presentation to clients who are the target of the company and will report directly to the management.

• Strong capacity to understand the products, set sales targets, and define a strategy to achieve these targets.

• Maintain market relationships with existing clients with proper support & develop relationships with new clients to expand the market of the relevant products.

• Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target.

• Have to maintain all sales, credit, accounts, and operations of a particular area.

• To take appropriate measures to create potential markets as well as new sales opportunities.

• Follow up and resolve any dealer & corporate Sales client complaints with operational departments. Identify, research, and develop new clients according to the sales forecasting.

• To ensure customer satisfaction.

• Analyze the market potentialities, competitor behavior, and market trends on a regular basis and report to the management for the operational plan.

• Planning and Carryout the Promotional Activities.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals and achieve Sales targets.

• Responsible for implementing Sales Forecasts and Strategies.

• Also Responsible for Credit Monitoring & Collection.

• Willing to work under pressure, and also to travel extensively.

• Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
