Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University majoring in Fabric Manufacturing Technology
∎ Textile Engineering from AUST/ BUTEX will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knitting Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating and reporting day-to-day activities with the Production Manager.
∎ Assisting in preparing production schedules and timelines
∎ Estimating the costs of the production process, raw materials, and other equipment
∎ Ensuring that the quality and company standards are met.
∎ Coordinating with the team members to ensure the production process is completed as per OTIF
∎ Handling few buyers individually.
∎ Checking the inventory and placing orders for raw materials.
∎ Addressing any production disputes and diverting the urgent ones to the Production Manager.
∎ Should have analytical knowledge in fabric R & D (Knitting & Dyeing) & all type of yarn.
∎ Should have vast knowledge in total fabric finishing process (Batch preparation to finish fab delivery to the customers)
∎ Understand different buyers test requirements.
∎ Creating and maintaining a report of the production status.
∎ Assisting in hiring and training new team members.
∎ Ensuring that all safety and health procedures are followed at all times
∎ Reviewing the production budget and suggesting improvement measures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Leadership and Strategic management skills & Strong analytical technical skill.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Able to lead, appraise & motivate the team members for bringing maximum output.
∎ Good fabric operation knowledge with branded Buyers like Puma, G-Star, M & S, C & A. H & M, Espirit, S'oliver, Best Seller & Guess, etc.
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT
Salary: Negotiable
