Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ CACC, CMA or ACCA (Part Qualified)
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed for experienced and capable candidates.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct audit assignment of different departments on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure the compliance, effectiveness & acceptability of the policies and standards of the Company.
∎ Auditing accounting posting, documentation, and party payment process in the books of accounts in the ERP system. Verification of all kinds of purchases, exports, imports, and other bill payments.
∎ Ensure the effective internal control system and its implementation.
∎ Conducting special audits/investigations/projects relating to controls as required in factory premises from time to time and reporting the findings.
∎ Conduct scheduled/unscheduled factory premises visit for audit activities.
∎ Monitor & check over the inventory management.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Any other special assignment as directed by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of pleasantly interacting with different levels of staff.
∎ Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
∎ Adequate knowledge of English and Bengali is essential.
∎ Should be dynamic, proactive, and target oriented.
∎ Must have a good personality, self-motivated, hardworking & willing to take responsibility.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel) & Tally ERP Software.
