The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, and conducting door-to-door sales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to work closely with technical teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Job Description
- Drive new client acquisition and contribute to business growth through IP-based telephony solutions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets as set by the management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Engage in door-to-door sales with a sincere, hardworking, and energetic approach.
- Visit potential customers to prospect for new business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and conduct face-to-face presentations to convert prospects into clients.
- Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets and take proactive measures to achieve goals.
- Collect market intelligence and regularly assess product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver product knowledge effectively to existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and business operations.
- Handle all business communications with customers in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including regular market visits.
- Willing to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by Higher Management.
