Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from reputed universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Printing, Screen Printing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effective and efficient production planning, preparation, follow-up to fulfill the production target.
∎ Communication with marketing & garments production department & Attend risk analysis meeting before starting any new style.
∎ Quality ensure during bulk production period & rejection control.
∎ Utilize the manpower and resources.
∎ Communicate with Line manager, Merchandiser, cutting concern, Garments concern if any problem arises.
∎ Develop Standards of excellence, continuous improvement, oversee and follow-up quality.
∎ Work on all types of wastage minimization.
∎ Time to time communicate with the planning and cutting dept. to maintain the line requirement and WIP.
∎ Check the Receive Report, Production Report, Finishing Report, Delivery status, and print balance status of any running style.
∎ Work with SMV Basis and maintain 5S.
∎ Ensure delivery at right time with acceptable quality.
∎ Report to top management on the performance of the Production and any need for improvement.
∎ Give any technical solution to the line if required.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Team player, independent, positive attitude and result oriented
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
