Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or any relevant Bachelor/Honors discipline.

Skills Required: Accounting & Finance,Cash Flow Management,Financial accounting,Financial Reporting,Inventory Management,Office Administration,Tax and VAT

Additional Requirements:

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts and administration preferred.

  • Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

  • Honest, detail-oriented, and multitasking ability.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Fluency in both English and Bangla (spoken and written).

  • Experience in both accounts and administrative tasks is an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Working Days: 6 days/week

Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

  • Handle full set of accounts, finance, and cash flow.

  • Record and verify financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).

  • Manage VAT, TAX, AIT returns, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Monitor cash inflow/outflow, petty cash, and bank-related activities.

  • Prepare periodic financial reports, including expenses and budget summaries.

Administrative Functions:

  • Manage office supplies, stock levels, and purchase orders.

  • Oversee documentation, inventory, filing systems, and asset registers.

  • Ensure day-to-day office operations run smoothly.

  • Coordinate with departments, external stakeholders, auditors, and banks.

  • Support buyer audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Handle staff discipline, resolve disputes, and manage HR-related internal issues.

  • Prepare reports, letters, emails, and presentations with statistical data.
