Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/Masters in MIS/B.Sc in CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate resources effectively to ensure successful execution of the project plan and deliver a quality project.
∎ Act as liaison between users and developers to define software requirements and write detailed functional specifications.
∎ To assure the quality of software being provided to the users, through reviews with developers and other methodical software quality assurance processes.
∎ Assist the users in acceptance testing, developing procedures, and updating documentation.
∎ Provide training to the users and ensure the sustainability.
∎ Give support for successful Implementation & Post-Implementation of ERP & in-house applications.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in User Support Service, Software Roll-out & Testing, ERP Operations
∎ Candidate has to be honest & hardworking.
