Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security Services

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overall safety & security of the Plant/facility/premises along with its men, material & information.
∎ Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles & visitors on the premises and control unauthorized access/movement.
∎ Ensure proper supervision of day-night security operations, store items loading/unloading, security post & boundary checking of the premises.
∎ Generate all types of surveillance /security-related reports and communicate them with responsible authorities.
∎ Ensure, review and update all the security-related registers/activity logs.
∎ Plan and prepare shift/roster duty plan for the security staff.
∎ Maintain & encourage good relations with local people/society around the Plant/facility.
∎ Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or potential security risks and respond accordingly.
∎ Train & develop security personnel in appropriate safety measures including fire prevention, patrolling premises, traffic control, investigations of security breaches etc.
∎ Plan and develop various initiatives/proposals for security improvements.
∎ Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
∎ Ensure a Smoking free environment inside the Premises.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Army/ Airforce/ Navy/ BGB personnel (Minimum Warrant Officer rank) will be preferred
∎ Eagerness to take challenges and work under stress
∎ Excellent Communication Skills
∎ Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening procedures
