Child Care, Daycare Management, neautrition
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the daily operations of the daycare facility, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies and procedures.
∎ Develop and maintain a safe and secure environment for children, staff, and parents.
∎ Design and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities to enhance children's physical, intellectual, and emotional development.
∎ Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction.
∎ Collaborate with staff and parents to address individual child's needs, including behavior management and educational goals
∎ Provide regular updates on children's progress, activities, and any noteworthy incidents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
∎ CPR and First Aid certifications
∎ Proven experience in managing a daycare or early childhood education center
∎ Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
