∎ Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial department.
∎ Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial licensing.
∎ Experience in license renewal and management.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in managing the overall import management procedures of required products/ equipment/ materials in accordance with organization policies and in compliance with national and international laws
∎ Ensure acquisition of BIDA registration, amendment and IRC recommendation within the stipulated timeline in order to facilitate transparency in the business
∎ Acquire IRC, ERC & Other Licenses and renew them on time in order to smoothen the Import & Export of permissible items from the concerned authority.
∎ Ensure timely renewal of all the registration documents of the Feed Mills, Farms, Hatchery, etc.
∎ Acquire import permission from the relevant department like the Department of Live Stock, Drug Administration, etc and handover the NOC to the department for smooth business operation.
∎ Acquire new membership and renew accordingly as and when required and collect equipment installation certificate from breeder association for effective work with all associations.
∎ Receive Grand Parents Stock, Parent Stock & Day Old Chick import permission as and when required/applicable from the Department of Live Stock and monitor the chick's delivery at the airport within the declared time period.
∎ Identify the scope of re-designing and re-processing the existing systems to improve commercial operations.
