Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase Entry -Trims & Accessories through Tally & SAP
∎ Prepared Supplier Cheque, TT & FDD Payment & Maintain Excel Sheet through Tally & SAP
∎ Give L/C Acceptance & Maintain Excel Sheet also follow up the L/C payment
∎ Sales & Realize Entry in Excel Sheet
∎ Deduct TAX & VAT as per Govt. rule & Challan Provide to supplier
∎ Collect Mushak-6.3 from Supplier & prepared Statement as per Accounts Head
∎ Bank Fund Transfer both internal & external
∎ Weekly Fund Position & Balance Confirmation.
∎ Prepared Monthly Tax & Vat deduction statement & deposit to Treasury as per Govt. rule
∎ Monthly Issue 6.3 Certificate to supplier & provide stipulated time frame
∎ Monthly Vat Return
∎ Bank Charge reconcile with Bank Sanction Letter
∎ FDR Report to Bank.
∎ Reviewing & analyzing Accounts Receivable with Commercial
∎ Monthly Interest calculation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Self-driven and assertive individual with business acumen.
∎ Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinker, conflict resolution skill and decision-maker with leadership abilities.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Able to multi-task and take pressure.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
