Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Educational requirements may be relaxed for candidates with an HSC and at least 12 years of experience in security guarding operations, or for retired Armed Forces/Police personnel holding the rank of Sergeant or above with an SSC qualification.
Minimum 3 years past experience about security management in an organization. 5 years past experience in security related position for Internal Candidate
Handling security issues independently
Maintaining effective liaison with law enforcement agencies
Skill to act as a security trainer
Knowledge about organizational security issues
Updated knowledge about security and political situation affecting BRA
Basic knowledge about BRAC security policy procedures
Competent to take decision in a critical situation
Capable to supervise security guards professionally
Capable to contribute for building a culture of security and safety in BRAC units

Job Purpose
Supervise the duties of security guards to ensure safety and security of BRAC staff and assets
Key Responsibilities
Ensure security of BRAC staff and assets
Ensure security of different events organized by BRAC
Supervise the duties of security guards
Take critical security related decision independently
Maintain required number of security personnel for each post at all times
Maintain all records of security incidents and other relevant office documents
Facilitate security survey and security investigation
Supervision of security equipment`s operations.
Perform all other duties as directed by Senior security managers
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
