Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Service

• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma in Medical Technology

• Must have medial diploma or equivalent degree from reputed institute.

• Must have sound physical and mental strength to handle situation under strain condition.

• Sufficient working knowledge on office applications and generate reports.

• Age: Not above 45 years old.

• The candidate should have working experience in the similar or service industries.

• The candidate should have working experience in Security Operations and Security Management.

• Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/ Word/ Power Point).

Experience:

• Must have at least 5 years’ security working experience with proven track record in any corporate environment.

• Working experience in oil and gas or safety sensitive organization will be treated as an additional advantage.

We are seeking for few talented youths, energetic, professional, diversified male and female employees in our organization to work with and look after only security operation related issues of the company in different locations.

Job Location: Sylhet Division (Jalalabad, Sreemangal, Habiganj).

Job Responsibilities

• Detail training on Contractor Health Safety and Environment Management (CHESM), Managing Safe Work Practice (MSW), Motor Vehicle Safety (MVS) Process organized by Client’s.

• Conduct safety inspection at all the guard post (situated at facility, pad and pipeline location) once in a month. Generate necessary inspection report to initiate action on the findings.

• Coordinate and organize monthly safety meeting/briefing for all security personnel as directed by Client’s Security Department.

• Ensure all safety related database is up to date at all time.

• Initiate safety incident report and submit it to appropriate concern.

• Generate report on HID, SWA, Near Miss etc. raised by security personnel.

• Ensure personal and departmental target for monthly BBS observation.

• Attend all necessary safety related training/briefing organized by Client’s with the approval of security department.

• Inspect all security vehicles as per MVS guideline and generate monthly RAG report.

• Communicate and coordinate with all the nominated safety officers of all field locations for any safety issues as and when required.

• Coordinate with Client’s HES Department to ensure CHESM compliance.

• Serve as a medic in-charge of all contractor security personnel of respective facility and field.

• Be familiar with Clients’ OE and CHESM process that applies to security operations.

• Ensure 100% FFD compliance for all contractor security personnel. Coordinate with Client’s H&MS department for any FFD requirement.

• Conduct all required health awareness training/ briefing to all security personnel.

• 5Coordinate First Aid Training for all security personnel as scheduled by Client’s Health and Medical department.

• Organize pre and periodic medical checkup for all contractor security personnel and update all relevant database accordingly.

• Provide first aid treatment to working security personnel in case of any injury/medical emergency.

• Ensure necessary follow up on Doctor`s advice to contractor security personnel regarding personal health issue incurred from periodic medical checkup.

• Check/inspect medical/ doctor`s advice/prescription submitted by contractor security personnel for availing sick leave.

• As per Bangladesh Labor Law 2026.
