We are looking for a Senior Security Operations Manager to lead and execute group-wide security operations, including physical security, movement safety, loss prevention, and crisis response. The role requires hands-on leadership, discipline, and strong situational judgment.

Key Responsibilities

Security Operations (Core)

• Oversee day-to-day security operations across offices, warehouses, factories, and logistics

• Design and implement Security SOPs, access control, visitor management

• Supervise security personnel and third-party guard services

• Conduct regular security audits & drills

  Risk & Threat Management

• Identify operational risks (theft, sabotage, insider risk)

• Conduct ground-level threat assessment for events, cash movement, and logistics

• Immediate response & containment during incidents

  Loss Prevention

• Prevent internal theft, stock pilferage, and vendor collusion

• Work closely with Ops, Warehouse & Finance teams (non-admin role)

  Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with local administration & law enforcement when required
