Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage overall dining operations (service, discipline, cleanliness, and scheduling).
Conduct dining service properly and ensure meals are served on time.
Handle and monitor kitchen operations, including food preparation processes and staff coordination.
Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and hygiene standards are maintained.
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, utensils, and storage areas.
Manage dining/kitchen staff duty roster, attendance, and work distribution.
Monitor stock of groceries and kitchen items; prepare requisitions and maintain inventory records.
Coordinate with management for menu planning and daily meal arrangements.
Reduce wastage and maintain proper consumption records and daily reporting.
Ensure compliance with company rules, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
Handle complaints/issues professionally and improve service quality.
Educational Requirements
Minimum HSC / SSC (Preferred: Diploma/Training in Hotel Management, BHM, Food & Beverage, or related field)
Experience Requirements
Minimum [2–5] years of experience in dining supervision / canteen management / kitchen handling
Experience in hostel/industry canteen/restaurant/corporate dining will be an advantage
Additional Requirements
