Job Summary
The Physician is responsible for providing clinical services in accordance with Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC) regulations and GCC medical fitness standards. The role includes patient examination, diagnosis, treatment, and medical fitness evaluation for expatriate workers, ensuring compliance with international and local health authority guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct medical consultations and physical examinations
Perform medical fitness assessments for GCC countries as per approved protocols
Diagnose medical conditions and prescribe appropriate treatment
Prepare and verify medical fitness certificates and reports
Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical medical practice
Comply with BMDC, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, and GCC requirements
Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, and nursing staff
Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards
Assist during inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews
Qualifications
MBBS degree from a recognized medical college
Valid and up-to-date BMDC registration (mandatory)
Training or experience in occupational health or medical fitness is preferred
Experience
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Experience in GCC medical fitness centers or diagnostic centers is an advantage
Skills and Competencies
Sound clinical knowledge and diagnostic ability
Good communication skills in Bangla and basic English
Ability to work under regulatory compliance and inspection pressure
Familiarity with GCC medical fitness guidelines
Basic computer skills and medical documentation proficiency
Freshers are highly encouraged
