• Bachelor/Honors

Formal training in property/facility security management

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Preference will be given to ex-armed forces personnel or candidates with formal training in property/facility security management.

• Proven leadership experience in managing security teams.

• Physically fit, mentally alert, and capable of handling emergency situations.

• Strong discipline, integrity, and sense of responsibility.

• Ensure overall security of office premises, safeguarding company property and assets from unauthorized access, theft, loss, or damage.

• Conduct regular patrols of office premises (interior and exterior) to maintain effective security control.

• Lead, supervise, and train the security team to ensure disciplined, professional, and efficient security operations.

• Liaise with police, fire service, ambulance, and other emergency services as required.

• Investigate and report security incidents, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

• Maintain control of office keys and ensure proper security documentation, including visitor, vehicle, and material movement registers.

• Proactively identify security risks and implement preventive measures.

• Ensure a safe, secure, and orderly working environment for employees and visitors.

• Perform any other security-related duties as assigned by management.
