• At least 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Education: Minimum Bachelor`s Degree from a reputed university; CPP (Certified Protection Professional) certification will be highly valued.

• Background: Must be an Ex Major from the Bangladesh Army with a good record of service.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Service

• Age 40 to 50 years

• Experience: Preferably 5 years of experience as a Head of Security in a large-scale manufacturing industry or reputed organization.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in modern security technology (CCTV, Alarms, Access Control) and Fire Suppression Systems.

BRB Cable Industries Limited, an ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 certified leading manufacturer in Bangladesh, is seeking some high-caliber, disciplined, and strategic leader to fill the role of Head of Security. We are looking for few retired Major from the Bangladesh Army who can command our security ecosystem with military-grade precision, vigilance, and unwavering integrity.

Position Overview:

• This is a senior leadership "Command Responsibility" role. The incumbent will act as the Commanding Officer of Security, reporting directly to the Honorable Director/Managing Director/Chairman. He will be responsible for safeguarding our personnel, multi-unit premises, high-value assets, and sensitive information by establishing a rigorous, military-aligned security protocol.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Standardized Protocol: Establish and enforce perimeter security, access control, and patrol schedules modeled on military base security standards.

• Command & Discipline: Lead and mentor a diverse security team through drill-based routines, daily briefings, and strict adherence to a chain of command.

• Operational Vigilance: Oversee 24/7 CCTV surveillance, intrusion detection, and rapid response teams to ensure zero-compromise security.

• Material & Logistics Security: Implement high precision inventory checks and "layered" security measures to prevent theft, pilferage, or sabotage of raw materials and finished goods.

• Emergency & Fire Leadership: Lead fire safety drills and emergency evacuation protocols with absolute precision, ensuring staff readiness and regulatory compliance.

• Risk & Crisis Management: Conduct proactive threat assessments and penetration drills to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities before they are exploited.

• Information Security: Enforce the "need-to-know" principle and ensure the protection of the company`s digital and physical data.
