∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University like AUST/BUTEX/KUET/Prime Asia/NITER/Daffodil/MBSTU etc.

∎ Must have experience in N-Tech, buyers H&M;
∎ Proven experience in related field from any reputed organization from Sample department;
∎ Good communication in English and reporting skills;
∎ Having good responding skill to invented office management with chain of command Able to communicate effectively with all levels;
∎ Self motivated having self confidence;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office; Willing to stay beside factory at own accord;
∎ Must have experience in N-Tech, buyers H&M;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ To ensure sample (H&M) quality (styling, measurement, dummy fitting etc.), and all technical aspects are fully complied with the buyer requirements.
∎ To ensure that quality samples are prepared and same samples are given to the garments division so that they can maintain the required standard.
∎ Check each and every style with artwork, paper pattern with Machine List and also confirm to send Buyer buying office with N-Tech report.
∎ Fitting or measurement check with requirement and discuss with respective persons of Buyer for any problem.
∎ To review & analyses all the files with technician to ensure correct pattern for preparing consumption sheet for Pricing.
∎ Attend meeting on Buyer for any technical, quality or production friendly issues.
∎ Sample or production relative manual collect and share with Sample room.
∎ Training to sample room especially quality team and sample man with update requirement.
∎ Sample goal set every new year for sample department, target achievement step, monthly data analysis and graphically presentation sample rejection and approved status.
∎ Communicate with merchandiser & technician of Buyer; Keep documentation for N-Tech audit purpose.
