Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting Sales forecasting and maintaining the secondary sales report.
∎ Analyzing sales report.
∎ Prepare sales documents and issuing circulars to sales employees.
∎ Preparing the draft for the agreements with the new distributors and reviewing the BG with the existing distributors as and when required.
∎ Generating different reports on various sales activities.
∎ Developing and reviewing the sales target and incentive programs for the sales staffs.
∎ Monitoring the regular activities and movement of the Sales force.
∎ Maintaining sales documentation of all the relevant data.
∎ Coordinating monthly sales meetings
∎ Maintain online sales (eshop)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent Proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
