∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing, Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Management, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agricultural Sciences (DVM, Animal Husbandry or Fisheries), Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Corporate sales and Marketing, Corporate Sales, Direct Sales, Door To Door Marketing, Due Collection, Sales Marketing, Sales proceed collection
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Direct Sales, Due Collection, Sales Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting market with route plan along with sales plan to achieve monthly sales & collection target.
∎ He has to spend 90% of work time in the Market.
∎ This is highly mobility functional job.
∎ Competent to analyses the market situation, identify customer needs.
∎ Willingness to Travel frequently all over the assigned area.
∎ Able to deal effectively, openly and positively.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to show initiative.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated, reliable and confident.
∎ Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
∎ Ability to deal effectively with pressure and stress.
∎ Possess organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to follow the sales process.
