Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide excellent customer service to enhance customers experience;
∎ Dealing with Customers' queries and complaints and quick respond to customers queries and complaints' through phone, email;
∎ Create quotation, bill and challan on regular basis;
∎ Maintain database of various clients, individuals & institutions;
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
∎ Frequent visits to customer sites all over the country;
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
