Customer query management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage customer queries for all our social media channels.
∎ Manage customer orders for company e-commerce website.
∎ Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
∎ Day to day management of content on social media platforms.
∎ Should be able to handle all aspects of digital marketing and act as the key agency contact point
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media channels.
∎ Excellent writing skills in English.
∎ Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
