∎ Diploma in Engineering in Glass and Ceramics

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform/carryout all raw, finished and packing materials testing activities to achieve organizational goal.
∎ Prepare and update SOP, Specifications to meet quality standard.
∎ Calibrate QC equipment's to ensure effectiveness.
∎ Provide training to the new employees and keep record to increase their competence and skill.
∎ Ensure trouble shooting of the QC instruments to ensure machine effectiveness.
∎ Check & ensure the standard moisture level of clay/raw materials, and green bricks/products.
∎ Check the production processes are strictly maintaining specifications to ensure product quality.
∎ Check raw materials, Green/Dry/Fired Products (i.e. pre & post production) quality and maintain documents.
∎ Analysis of Raw materials and prepare report to ensure quality product.
∎ Check parameters (i.e. color, weight, size, & hardness, water absorption) of finished products and maintain logbook to ensure documentation
∎ Ensure proper quality inspection before delivery of the product.
∎ Ensure proper stacking of the product (according to color, size, type and grade)
∎ Check logbooks of various machinery to ensure smooth functioning.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Top Management.
