∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ 1. Proficiency in the usage of MS Excel Example: Sum, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Hookup, Pivot Table, Graph, etc.
∎ 2. Minimum typing speed in English: 35wpm.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proper communication with superiors for ERP purchasing accessories.
∎ Collecting the stitching Program for Buyer: IKEA, H&M, KHG, M&S- from marketing to make up ERP purchase order poly such as PVC, PE, Pp, Zipper Bag, Stiffener, Hantag, Shipping Marks, Inlay card, Barcode sticker, Size sticker with individual packing price for marketing Head calculation on time.
∎ Proper coordination with the accessories department to manufacture accessories.
∎ Continuous follow-up, so that all the accessories can be delivered from Zaber & Zubair Accessories on time with the best price to achieve cost-effectiveness and help with shipment on time.
∎ Authorized to delegate authority to subordinates with responsibility and continuous monitoring.
∎ Responsible for maintaining ERP data.
