Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent is responsible to ensure a cut to ship 99.5% by following up production line's rejection, sample flow, and missing garments continuously.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to reduce line rejection by coordinating with the Production Manager, Finishing Manager, and Quality Manager.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to solve problems and identify the alteration source in the production line.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to follow up on line altering the rectification status and updating to plant head.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to communicate with the store manager and merchandiser if any additional RM support is needed.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to follow the delivery plan and ensure 100% order quantity shipment.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to follow up on material utilization in the cutting section.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to make reconciliation reports based on PO and style.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Strong Organizational Skills
∎ Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
∎ Excellent Problem - Solving and Time – Management Skills.
