Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In Textile Engineering majoring of Garments/ Apparel Manufacturing from a reputed University such as AUST/BUTEX/Asia/City/South East/NITER/Prime Asia/Daffodil/BUFT etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Product safety, Quality
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirement;
∎ To run successfully QMS throughout whole manufacturing unit;
∎ Lead quality control and management system in Cutting, Sewing and Finishing;
∎ Train up all quality inspector, quality staff about basic requirement;
∎ Develop quality SOP, quality manual for good quality management;
∎ Implement all technical requirement of buyer for technical audit;
∎ Doing internal QMS/technical audit being internal auditor, work with all section head for improvement;
∎ Keep all quality documentation & SOP of quality;
∎ Manage & monitor trims & accessories inspection department & work with merchandising team to reduce defects from supplier end;
∎ Manage & monitor quality department of Cutting, Sewing & Finishing;
∎ Implementation of appropriate quality procedure in every section;
∎ Manage & monitor training for all quality personnel for better quality;
∎ Implement traffic light system in sewing line to track and control operator wise defect;
∎ To prepare monthly basis all quality reports;
∎ To assist the department head for setting departmental goal;
∎ Any other jobs assigned by supervisor;
