Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ MBA Major in Supply Chain/ Masters in any discipline from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection of garments accessories and quotation for each item to be purchased for the company and follow up works.
∎ Sourcing Product and Supplier locally and globally, exploring market and vendor development.
∎ Preparing purchase orders/ work orders, follow up delivery, settling supplier bills and payment.
∎ Purchase of materials at the most competitive price which minimize the cost of company ensuring higher quality standard.
∎ Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs.
∎ Collection of items and quotation for each item to be purchased for the company and follow up works.
∎ Prepare all documents for purchase and procurement of various items needed for Livestock.
∎ Work order & invoice preparation and process approval process.
∎ Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them.
∎ Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided; processing payments and invoices.
∎ Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors;
∎ Help in sourcing alternative materials and substitute suppliers.
∎ On time delivery of all materials/ items/ services as per the requirement.
∎ Maintain flexibility and establish Agile Supply Chain to be responsive to user with quality of work.
∎ Contribute in company's cost savings by ensuring efficient procurement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge about MS office application
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability
∎ Passion for innovation and creativity
∎ Team work and team commitment
∎ Ability to work under sustain pressure
∎ Experience in reputed Knit based Garments Factory in Store/Supply Chain department will be given preference.
