Job Responsibilities:
∎ To arrive factory in time.
∎ Reviewing job distribution of all Quality Controller, Executive.
∎ Reviewing the manpower for finding the optimum labels performance and efficiency under a proper discipline.
∎ To build up good communication with all department.
∎ To ensure size set /Pilot cutting report and pattern adjustment.
∎ To set up/Implement the quality system where is needed.
∎ To make sure buyer satisfaction and full fill their requirements.
∎ To make sure all kind of internal approval.
∎ To attain the Pre-Production Meeting and make sure first production meeting.
∎ To co-ordinate with the QC & Executive team for predictable and preventive defect.
∎ To arrange training program for developing personnel under continual process.
∎ To arrange daily and weekly meeting discuss with production and quality and own departmental head if too many defects are found and take necessary arrangement for repairing the faults.
∎ To strong support need at line feeding and setting time.
∎ To arrange weekly meeting related all supervisor in charge and department head for weekly all kind of work problems.
∎ Set garments need to proper and perfect planning to sewing and finish together all color.
∎ To maintain team discipline and closely monitors compliance procedure.
∎ To implements QMS as well as monitor the quality control methods of entire Garments department.

∎ Age at least 27 years

∎ Management of manpower effectively.
∎ Willing to work in under pressure.
