Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Production planning
∎ Skills Required: Analytical, Good Computer Skills, Must have good communication skills both (Oral and Written) in English, Proactive and Positive attitude
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Planning and Coordination
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning while ensuring cost reduction & increase the profitability.
∎ Closely follow up the implementation operation of the plan in line with the Production Schedule.
∎ make monthly capacity plan and production plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with marketing, IE, merchandising, production, and others relevant team.
∎ Monitor plan vs actual production and report accordingly.
∎ Prepare pre-production schedule & PPM arrangement.
∎ Make cost SMV for marketing and also make bulk SMV for production floor.
∎ Make operation chart and operation breakdown sheet for plant.
∎ Forecasting target for daily and monthly & work with team to achieve the target and monitor hourly production record as set.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have woven RMG experience under planning department
Salary: Negotiable
