Responsibilities & Context:
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including following up with HR and Admin with various issues, managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Document Management: Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for the Managing Director.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain and organize records, files, and confidential information.

  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure the smooth flow of daily operations.

  • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide additional support and assistance as required by the Director.
