Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monitoring the overall activities of the project by coordinating with the Project Coordinator and other personnel.
∎ Maintain monitoring tools for day-to-day monitoring of the project activities in collaboration with IOM.
∎ Provide support to review and updating of tools, techniques and methodologies for project activities including monitoring.
∎ Ensure and provide continuous support to other colleagues especially for regular updates of the database.
∎ Introduce a periodic reporting system (mainly monthly and quarterly) for the project's progress according to the Annual Plan of Operation.
∎ Visit the field to triangulate and validate monitoring and other progress reports.
∎ Work with Project Coordinator and other field staff to ensure the collection of relevant and appropriate data needed for an effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning system which will be utilized in monitoring strengths, weaknesses and gaps in project implementation and for reporting on donor commitments.
∎ Provide information needed to respond during the evaluation of the project by the donor agency or any other third party.
∎ Ensure the cross-cutting issues such as participation, gender, age, and disability are effectively addressed/ mainstreamed in all project activities as per the organizational policy.
∎ Share learning and provide constructive comments to team members in order to ensure programme quality.
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of professional experience in national or international organisations in monitoring and evaluation of the project
∎ Must have good writing and speaking capacity in English and Bangla,
∎ Should have skills on SPSS, KoBo toolbox and data management software
∎ Timely decision-making ability as well as multi-tasking capacity
∎ Strong commitment to organizational values, integrity, respect, commitment and solidarity
Salary: Tk. 50649 (Monthly)
