Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
∎ Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
∎ Provide data and guides to help the other Department.
∎ Consolidate and analyze financial and non-financial data.
∎ Prepare periodical and special reports.
∎ Retrieve necessary information.
∎ Comply with data integrity and security policies
∎ Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
∎ Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
∎ Apply data program techniques and procedures.
∎ Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output.
