Experience:

Masters in Statistics/Social Science/Business studies or any other relevant discipline from recognized university

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency, Multinational Companies

• Minimum 02 to 03 years of working experience in monitoring and evaluation in development sector particularly in Education, children rights and wellbeing, adolescent and youth empowerment.

• Having knowledge and understanding on research methodology, analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Having adequate knowledge and practical experience in developing and managing Management Information System (MIS), collating and analyzing and retrieving data for management decision.

• Having adequate knowledge and practical experience in using digital data collection tools and techniques e.g. Kobo toolbox, mobile apps.

• Competent user of MS-office package including advance analysis skill using Excel and basic knowledge on statistical program e.g. SPSS

• Working experience in the field of market and entrepreneurship development will add value for this position.

• Experience in NGO/INGO especially in child rights-based organization is preferable

• Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work cooperatively with team

• Have skill to prioritize tasks and to understand the situation

Purpose

The MEAL Officer is to provide support in developing and implementing MEAL framework and to contribute planning and informed decision-making process of country programme with evidence-based success, good practices, lessons learned and impact for growth of the Organization.

Responsibilities:

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Educo when required.

Report to: Manager – MEAL

Contract Duration: Initially 02 Years

Working Conditions: The Position is based in Country Office with 40% of time visit project location across Bangladesh

Monthly Gross Salary: BDT 53,111/- (Taka Fifty-Three Thousand One Hundred and Eleven only).
