Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any Discipline.
∎ HSC will also be acceptable if having Sales experience of at least 6 years in consumer products with good track records.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Requires an extremely hard working and smart sales and marketing representative with minimum experience of 3 years in any reputed consumer company in Bangladesh.
∎ Any candidate having no experience in Consumer products industry does not need to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have excellent knowledge in Consumer Products (Oils, Noodles, Pasta, Ghee, Dal etc.)
∎ Must have in-depth knowledge about Consumers Product Markets and Customer base.
∎ Make Monthly and Quarterly Sales Target and Achieve that.
∎ To visit and developnew customers (Super Store/Departmental Stores/Pharmacy/Corporate) and collect order.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery and payment collection as per order.
∎ Submission of Daily/Weekly visiting, order and collection report to the Head of Marketing & Sales.
∎ To make strong relationship with customers.
∎ Maintain Customers Data base and follow up customers on regular basis.
∎ Achieve the sales target set by the management.
∎ Ensure that guidelines and policies set by the management
∎ Candidate must be flexible, positive, creative and result oriented.
∎ Candidate must have team building and Leadership skills.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Wholesale/Direct Selling/ Marketing skills
∎ Should be good in Cycling / riding Motorcycle for acquiring / delivering orders
∎ Better to have a Cycle/ Motorcycle
∎ Should be proficient in Microsoft Work and Excel
∎ Ability to identify market segments and potential markets.
Salary: Tk. 6000 - 8000 (Monthly)
