Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marker making and prepare Marker plan in CMD for bulk production
∎ Calculate actual marker consumption and compare with booking consumption before cut.
∎ Check marker before carry out to Cutting Dept.
∎ Have responsible for quality of marker & follow marker output schedule.
∎ Report to CMD Asst.Manager if any problems occurs (over consumption, short cut or over cut, different between booking consumption and bulk consumption...)
∎ Do Fabric consumption & ensure optimum Marker efficiency.
∎ Contact to PPC & MCD dept to get updated information about cutting plan & fabric YYE information.
∎ Amend the Pattern, add the shrinkage according to Lab report by using Gerber software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Standard marker making by using cad Gerber software.
∎ Should have clear concept about marker pre plan before bulk.
∎ Should have idea about pattern, shrinkage
∎ Able to work with align related department.
∎ Garments cad (must know Gerber software/Lectra software optional )
∎ Microsoft Office.
∎ Mail Correspondence.
