Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Critical Path, Critical Process follow Up & ensure it in planned time if not follow crush method to meet up.
∎ Ensure Pre-set up & Pre-training (if needed) according to product risk analysis according to QCO Meeting.
∎ Ensure 1st day target With Full Efficiency and done follow-up.
∎ Co-ordinate each responsible department to complete line lay out.
∎ Co-ordinate Pre-Size Set meeting before cutting of size set & plan bulk permission.
∎ Ensure line chief & technician sample before line layout feeding.
∎ Weekly Critical Process Follow Up Done against plan.· Monthly & Weekly loading Plan & work distribution accordingly.
∎ Monthly Review Meeting Follow-up.
∎ Lead Risk Analysis Meeting.
∎ Monitor preproduction process flow & work on process violation.
∎ Practice Lean tools and implementation.
