Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. (LLB preferred).
∎ Education may be relaxed for most experienced candidates.
∎ Retired Tahashilder/AC Land/Kanungo/Sub Register/Magistrate (Civil) is preferred.
∎ Work experience in Khagrachari & Bandarban Land office area is required.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land, Liaison

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the company from the legal point.
∎ Land acquisition
∎ Land Mutation
∎ Provide legal opinion & support regarding land in the company on various kinds of documents & activities.
∎ Keep good communication with landowner.
∎ Maintain & develop relationship with the Law Enforcement Agencies. Liaison with various Govt. and Non Govt. Organization such as AC (Land) office, Tahshil, Sub-Registry office, RAJUK, REHAB, Factories and Establishment Department.
∎ Make a list and regular update of signed / executed agreements by the Company and note the date of expiry / renewal of each agreement
∎ Dealing with land related activities such as land measurement, negotiation, purchase, Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, commissioning, etc.
∎ Providing appropriate reporting and information to the company in connection with the activities of the Legal Department.
∎ Prepare proposal and feasibility report for procuring new land
∎ Overall Land Management (Registration, Deed, S.A/R.S Parcha, B.S/R.S khatian, Map, Mousa, and other related documents)
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must.

Salary: Negotiable
