∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Selection of jute growing areas for contract-based jute farming program.
∎ Selection of farmer for contract-based jute cultivation and evaluation and maintain their data.
∎ Managing, maintaining, monitoring and co-operating the farmer during their jute cultivation from land preparation to drying the fiber of jute with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).
∎ Providing technical guidance of jute cultivation to farmers to ensure good quality of jute fiber.
∎ Setting up and monitoring the jute demonstration plots.
∎ Evaluation and monitoring of jute fiber assorting and grading system according to different grade & taking the moisture percentage of raw jute by moisture meter.
∎ Purchasing raw jute from contract farmer and Supplier from different jute growing areas.
∎ Supervise daily jute assortment at Mill during off season of Farmer Purchase.
∎ Follow the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and companies rules regulations.
