Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & achieve 80% efficiency
∎ Arrange required machine & manpower to all production relevant section
∎ Take all pre-production activities hit rate for all style
∎ Quick changeover
∎ Maintain WIP
∎ Line Balancing
∎ Skill matrix wise headcount allocation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ High personality & Leadership skill
∎ Deep analytical skill
∎ Good team player & high adaptability in any situatiom
