Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for production planning as per buyer order/following Fast React (FR).
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for production target fixation.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for machine layout planning as per design of garments.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for dividing plan regularly.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for time study.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for method selection.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for production study.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for operation break down.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for S.M.V. Calculation.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for working hour fixation.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for Layout & Manpower Balancing.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for Absenteeism balancing in the line.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining Jumper Pool.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for following up MIS Reports.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for solving bottle necks.
