Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in preparing and processing the monthly payroll.
Prepare and file required payroll-related returns and documentation
Assist in preparing employee remunerations.
Prepare and disburse monthly overtime and holiday allowances in accordance with institutional policy, ensuring timely payment and proper record maintenance.
Prepare and process monthly mobile bill disbursements.
Prepare and disburse monthly DSC allowances.
Calculate and process final settlements of employees.
Prepare and update loan statements and maintain accurate record-keeping.
Ensure that all new employees’ salary accounts are opened and properly linked with their contracts and payroll records.
Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and financial information.
