Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA /MBA with major in HRM/Management with good academic track record.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting monthly recruitment approval summary from Head of the Department and to take necessary initiative for recruitment.
∎ Selecting & recruiting the best or standard employees for the vacant post by following the relevant laws, company policies & management decision.
∎ Preparing the employee personal files along with all required documents i.e. job application form, bio-data, medical fitness form, appointment letter, night work permission, nominee form, service books etc. and to take required signature on the papers accordingly.
∎ Closely monitor & update the employee attendance on a regular basis including shift change, off day change etc. and to solve any kind of dissimilarities regarding these as per management decision.
∎ Preparing the monthly wages, increment and adjustment sheets of workers & staffs for smooth disbursement on due time.
∎ Festival bonus & EL encashment sheet preparing for workers & staffs twice in a fiscal year. Preparing the final / settlement bill of the resigned employees as per applicable laws and rules.
∎ ID card issuing to newly joined workers as well as to others as per company policy. Off day duty bill preparing of all types of employees. Ensure the officer category attendance update on ERP, HRMS & Pay Roll software within the provided time line by corporate HR.
∎ Preparing the monthly wages, increment and adjustment sheets of workers & staffs for smooth disbursement on due time.
∎ Monthly report to corporate HR on manpower & pay roll related issues on a regular basis.
∎ Ensures the newly recruited employees face / finger punch at their respective section / department.
∎ Support to recruitment regarding employee curriculum vitae posting in Bangla at HRMS / Pay Roll software & payroll related documentation support to compliance during audits.
∎ Ensure the employee disciplinary action procedure according to the organizational policies and applicable laws. Time to time updating the employee personal files with necessary information such as increment, promotion, earn leave encashment, disciplinary actions, nominee data etc. management approval.
∎ To perform the ERP based works i.e. placing and posting indent, move orders, requisitions and purchase orders as and when required.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
