∎ Manabik Shahajya Sangstha (MSS) is a leading national-level NGO engaged in socio-economic development since 1974. MSS is working on microfinance and Social Services including Health, Education, Eye Care, etc. MSS is intended to recruit self-motivated, analytical persons for its HR and Admin Department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
∎ Keep track of employees on probation and ensure confirmation of employment is done timely.
∎ Keep track of yearly employee performance appraisals and ensure the appraisal process is completed timely.
∎ Review performance appraisal forms, compile results, and prepare reports for management meetings.
∎ Provide support to set KPIs and prepare JDs for different positions.
∎ Ensure the annual increment process is done timely following the recommendation of management based on the outcome of performance appraisal.
∎ Provide support in payroll and benefits administration.
∎ Work on transfer, resignation & termination process.
∎ Execute the final settlement of the employees within the timeline.
∎ Conduct exit Interviews of separated staff.
∎ Generate necessary reports according to the needs of the management.
∎ Draft different letters/memos/notices/office orders/communication materials for day-to-day HR operations.
∎ Ensure supervision and control of the transport pool and transport allocation of the head office.
∎ Monitor & supervise maintenance work of all vehicles.
∎ Prepare monthly vehicle reports (costing, maintenance, and status).
∎ Keep updated on all vehicle-related documents i.e. Tax tokens, Fitness certificates, Insurance papers, route permits, etc.
∎ Ensure visitor and guest management.
∎ Maintain all office furniture, equipment, and building (with repairing & maintenance).
∎ Ensure management & monthly reporting of Leave, attendance, and overtime.
∎ Provide timely logistics support to the field-level offices.
∎ Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and security both in the Head office and field-level offices. (Workplace environment).
∎ Ensure event management, when required.
∎ Ensure support staff management in all departments.
∎ Conduct office furniture procurement process timely as per policy.
∎ Staff Welfare Fund management as per policy.
∎ Generate necessary reports according to the needs of the management.
∎ Carry out any other jobs from time to time as assigned by the Head of Department/Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years of relevant practical experience in a large organization/NGO.
∎ Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Advanced level skill in using MS Office package with email & internet.
∎ Average typing speed in both Bangla and English is a must.
∎ Should be enthusiastic, proactive, dedicated, punctual, and hard-working.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of information.
∎ Should be flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Salary:
∎ During the probationary period Tk. 27,000-29,000 consolidated (6 months). After confirmation, the monthly gross salary will be Tk. 30,900-34,680 per month.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After confirmation other admissible benefits like Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Salary review, Incentive Bonus, Staff welfare fund, and Leave as per organization policy.
