Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are looking for suitable candidates or the position of Officer (HR & Admin) for our furniture factory situated at Aukpara, Birulia, Savar.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes.

  • Manage employee grievance and other personnel related issue.

  • Development and update HR politics, procedures and guidelines as per Labor Law.

  • Organizing the personal file, prepare all HR - related letters such as Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, and letters for enhancement of designation and remuneration.

  • Coordinate all recruitment process to ensure timely, optimal, and quality hiring according to the company`s value and culture.

  • Solving worker grievance issue

  • Ensure assist compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Align recruitment goals with organizational growth and workforce planning.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals and headhunting.

  • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

  • Manage end-to-end selection processes, including screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

  • Compile formalities related to Employee Joining /Confirmation/Separation.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and competencies.

  • Enhance the company`s reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Other assigned task by the superior as and when required.
