Job Context: We are looking for suitable candidates or the position of Officer (HR & Admin) for our furniture factory situated at Aukpara, Birulia, Savar.
Job Responsibilities
Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
Manage employee grievance and other personnel related issue.
Development and update HR politics, procedures and guidelines as per Labor Law.
Organizing the personal file, prepare all HR - related letters such as Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, and letters for enhancement of designation and remuneration.
Coordinate all recruitment process to ensure timely, optimal, and quality hiring according to the company`s value and culture.
Solving worker grievance issue
Ensure assist compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Align recruitment goals with organizational growth and workforce planning.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals and headhunting.
Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Manage end-to-end selection processes, including screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Compile formalities related to Employee Joining /Confirmation/Separation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and competencies.
Enhance the company`s reputation as an employer of choice.
Other assigned task by the superior as and when required.
