Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / Masters in any discipline with experience in Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense
∎ Diploma in Fire Safety

Compliance, Health/ Safety & Fire
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish a full functional and effective fire safety management system
∎ Prepare all safety standards, reports & documentation regarding fire safety issue including fire evacuation plan and procedure
∎ Maintain & ensure safety in all production area and make sure a free & un-block evacuation for all employees
∎ Train up firefighting team members on fire safety, protection, fighting and first-aid on demonstration basis to make the mission success
∎ Monitoring Fire Fighting & Rescue team and to conduct external & internal fire related training
∎ Must have basic knowledge on installation and maintenance of, PA System, Fire Alarm, & Detection System, Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler System
∎ Ensure security aspects of the company and train securities for safe guard of the organization
∎ Regular inspection of fire equipment's as per required by Alliance & Accord Standard
∎ Ensure that all fireman, fire fighters and security personnel are in right order and perform their duties as per requirement
∎ Monitor / supervise the electrical/ power cables / loose wires properly placed and to take remedial measures immediately with Proper channel
∎ Conduct regular fire drill. And emergency evacuation drill to aware employees any emergency incident
∎ Implementation & control of fire safety as per direction of the management Ensure the total Fire safety of the factories
∎ Experience on Accord/Alliance certified factory
∎ Ensure Accord/Alliance & all compliance Standard as well as to face Fire safety audit when required.
