∎ Bachelors in Commerce /BBA major in Accounting/Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CMA,CA CC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Financial Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for general accounting function including invoice recording and journal voucher preparation
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements for management approval
∎ Prepare depreciation schedule and update fixed asset register
∎ Prepare and reconcile the monthly payroll statements
∎ Maintain all financial records and books of Accounts.
∎ Maintain Bank book, General ledger book, Party ledger book and other relevant registers.
∎ Record Accounting vouchers through proper coding and posting into the accounting software.
∎ Prepare Cash flow Statement.
∎ Ensure safety and security of Account documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
∎ Follow-up Vendor's & other party Payment.
∎ Follow-up employee's payment request.
∎ Checking bills submitted by vendors.
∎ Deal Accounts payable and Accounts receivables, monthly reconciliation thereof.
∎ Assist & follow up with Auditor for making of Company's audited Accounts.
∎ Liaison with Bank for payment instructions & other bank related issues.
∎ Prepare & Checking all types of Vouchers (JV, CRV, BRV, CPV, BPV) and validated them.
∎ Incorporating & Implementing Accounting Software
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ CA CC with Certification Level Completed or CMA Inter (1000 or above pass out of 2000 Marks) will be preferred
∎ Working knowledge in all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Project and Outlook
∎ Thrive and passion for Accounting and Finance
∎ Relevant experience in managing financial operations of organizations of a similar or larger size
∎ Excellent level of interpersonal skills to disseminate information
∎ Quick learner and open to learning new accounting method
∎ Clear and strong communication, with the ability to effectively work with all areas of the organization.
∎ The ability to analyze business needs and conceive, design, and develop innovative solutions.
∎ Good analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Team player
∎ Learning mindset
∎ Knowledge of technology trends
∎ Attitude to meet a difficult deadline
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Attentive to detail tasks
∎ High work ethics
∎ Strong problem solving and analytical ability
∎ Carry pleasant writing & communication skill
